High quality salt and sodium nitrate are then added as extremely effective curing agents, which keeps this amazingly flavorful meat good for a long period of time. Contains: Beef (86%), Chicken (6%), Water, Salt, Hot Peppers, Spices & Herb, Edible Collagen Casing, Mineral Salts (450, 451, 452), Garlic, Flavour Enhancer (621), Antioxidant (316 or 300),
(Nitrite (250)-125 mg/kg maximum). 100g gives you Approximately 33 slices, and a full portion, not sliced, is 300g.
