BEEF SHASHLIK

Shashlik is a well known dish that is prepared all over the world. As is tradition, our Shashlik is generous cubes of beef on wooden sticks, and our favourite way to prepare it, once getting it out of the shop, is marinated in wine vinegar and grilled on a skewer over hot coals. Served with warm bread and an assortment of salads, it is a delicious way to become familiar with traditional Jewish food. In this serve you receive 3 skewers of lean diced beef in a tray, weighing approximately 450-500g.
