BLINTZES POTATO

Blintzes are a tasty pancake variation of Jewish origin. Made thin, a Blintz is always filled with delicious inners (in this case potato) and can be served with fillings on the side. A Blintz is almost always cooked twice, once when the crepe-like pancake is made, and the second time usually fried in margerin or oil with the filling.
