Giblets are the edible innards and neck of poultry, and include the neck, gizzard, heart and liver. Our butchers have cut out all the hard work, and have already gathered these pieces for you, which makes their cooking and preparation considerably easier. Giblets are a fantastic addition to stocks or soup, or great stuck in a pot along with ingredients such as onions, carrots, celery and bay leaves.
