Veal is the meat from a younger animal of either a dairy breed, dairy crossbreed or beef breed. Our veal is humanely processed, and when preparing it is best grilled, fried or BBQ’d. This Veal Roast comes on the bone. Best suited for roasting. One piece weighs 1.2-1.5kg.
