SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE

Spaghetti/pasta is added after preparing a slowly cooked meat-based sauce, involving fine sautéing and braising. Ingredients include a select infusion of herbs with finely chopped beef, a very small portion of white wine, and just the right amount of tomato paste or tomatoes are added also. Then the dish is then gently simmered at length to produce a thick sauce, pasta is added last, and your Spaghetti Bolognaise is ready to go. Best served hot.
